Worth keeping?

I'm moving after my freshman year is over and i was wondering if my bf really does so called "love me" we promised each other that we would meet again and i promised him that i'll come back and finish senior year with him and that he better be a senior too and not a high school drop out [he's not a bad student just get distracted easily -.-" ] would this really happen?? he told me that when we meet again he would like to go out with me again. Or is this one of those infatuated love i've been hearing about? i know im too young but i was wondering because out of all my relationships he's the first serious one and im his first serious one, girls what do you think??
