Possible that Im going through Menopause? (18 years old)?

I am only 18 years of age. I dont know if Im thinking too much or what but my menstrual cycle has been very weird lately. I had my period at the age of 10 so it's been 8 years now. My period has been regular for the last 3, 4 years. Last month, November I had brown discharge a day or two before my period actually started. Now this month December I got my period on the 26th. The first two days seemed to be what I would call a regular flow, but than the third day I had spottings. There was barely anything. The third day seemed to be more like the 6th day and usually my period lasts for 5-7 days. Im very confused. Im not stressed out or anything. Is it possible that I may be going through menopause at this age (18)??? Oh by the way I havent had for nearly 4 months now, so theres no way I could be pregnant.
