I'm on a 2033 Calorie diet(5-6small meals a day)trying to drop 15-20lbs by May before joining the army over the summer, I'm training 3x-4x a week for 2-3 hours I'm 5'8-5'9 215lbs trying to get down to 185-195lbs, I drink a lot of water & my mom thinks I'm drinking to much I have a 30oz sports bottle that I refill 2x-3x throughout a day & I only drink water(maybe OJ sometimes), with the information I've given you what is the most water I should have a day(in Oz. only please) Thank You.
