Late Clical to Early Romantic Era Pieces?

I need help in choosing a piece of music from the Late Clical to Early Romantic era. It has to be composed from one of the following three composers: Mozart, Haydn, or Beethoven. I need a great piece in which I can write a paper on, yzing it and describing it in great detail. Any ideas?
