Has the stage been finally set for world war?

I believe so. But we still have hope. Although North Korea cut all the treaties with the South, we still have hope, for three reasons. One, North Korean soldiers are weak, they barely have food. Two, we all fear the end of the world. If the entire nation fights, we will all disappear because of powerful weapons. Third, we all know a good person would never like fighting. Who would ever want to kill someone? Nobody.
