I am stuck... I don't know whether to stay and Anglican or become a Roman Catholic?

I am 21 years old and an Alter server, church steward and in the beginning stages of discernment for Ordained ministry in the Church of England. However, recently I have been drawn towards the Roman Catholic Church. I have been to see a Roman Catholic priest and his answers have helped with some of my queries and I have been praying but I still seem to be quite drawn to Catholicism recently. However, I'm so far down the line in becoming an Anglican priest, I can have a wife and family if I remain an Anglican which I am still very drawn to. If I decide to become a Catholic I need to spend years in the church before I can be put forward for discernment. I am really stuck I really need help.
