HELP. WHo should I start in my flex position?

Leon Washington will get a lot of touches against a porous Houston D. All they have is a decent defensive line. They have unproven linebackers and a very poor secondary. Washington is a great checkdown/screen target. I would either go with him or Bowe. He seems to always come away with good fantasy points against the ravens.
