What are some of the reasons you could not draw unemployment?

I am in a huge predicament. I currently have been at my job for almost a year. I've had unfortunate things happen in the past 2 months that have been out of my control. First my fiance had past away in April. I've had a hard time with this and ever since I've had one bad thing after the other happen to me. Car accident, blow out, flooded house, strep throat, and scarlet fever. On top of that my own children were sick with the same thing. Causing me to miss a lot of work. Here is my issue with my boss. During all of this my boss has been very unreasonable. When my fiance ped she wanted me to work the very next day saying it was not my husband and she couldn't give me bereavement. (sp) She told me life goes on fortunately and needed to get into work. When I had strep she wanted me at work even with doc note. When my house flooded, etc...she wanted me at work...like there was never a reason to not be at work. I have noticed on a couple of occasions she docked my hours, even admitting to at once. She took hours from one week and put them on the next week so she could reach her bonus. It was all about her staying in budget. I need some advise. I have been told by another coworker that they have been talking to HR about letting me go. I need any advise anybody can offer. Please help.... If they fire me with all this can I draw unemployment?
