Turkey was left out for three hours. What should I do?

So, we de-thawed the turkey, and everything was going fine. Before we left for church, we put it in the oven, but we forgot to turn it on. So the turkey was left out, basically, at room temperature for three hours. Is it still safe to eat? Or should we just throw it away?
