PALEEEZ help meh!!! Does he like me??? ..or am i just going nuts?

ok, bottom line, like him alot, we have talked before- mostly about school- and we do have a lot in common-. Im a junior in highschool, and in the halls we sometimes make eye contact. Sometimes I can feel him looking at me-even when Im not looking at him in the hallway. Its kinda confusing. Guys, do you try to make eye contact with a girl that you like? I just sorta want a boyfriend who is down to earth, fun to hang out with, and not be all about PDA. Someone to be a true friend, I have a cl with him, but im too afraid to ask him out or something... thank you for your help =)
