Im Like this Girl But.?

Hi My name is Miguel and Im an American living in the Socialist Republic of Venezuela and have a problem.I Just started living here down here like a 2 months ago Ago. and since i have been there i have had my eye on this chick you see.I Really like her and we laugh together and she is really cool.But theres a few problems Number 1 she likes my friend. My friend does NOT like her back and wants her to **** off... anyhow according to him he has told her to back and she doesnt want to... She Told me that she pretends to like him to screw around with him.. But that worries Me because i have never Had an Official Girlfriend and my Life is a wreck I never had a girlfriend for Sure i have gotten Lucky a few times but nothing serious anyway. Thats the first problem second. SHE IS OUT OF HER MIND. yes she told me she doesnt need a bf Becuase she has Facebook she stays on that ALLL DAY. Im suprised she aint obese. and she laughs at everything i say everything..So i told myself i have nothing to lose by just telling her i like her if she goes out with me im Taking a HUGE RISK but if not i Guess i kinda dodged a bullet.But i was wandering if anyone had Advice for me on this situation Thanks
